Newborn photo sessions are one of my favorite things. Especially when the baby is one of my best friends baby and has been so highly anticipated! Baby Hazel did not disappoint for her session. She was such an adorable little newborn. She slept so peacefully but also let me get some photos of her with her eyes open. I adore these photos!
I loved Kalynn's two year old session. Her little dress was so adorable and she was super excited to run around with her balloon! Her brother enjoyed posing with her and he is such a sweet brother to her and I loved capturing that closeness in this session. These photos also make me dream of summer! I am already ready for the cold to go away. I hope you love these photos. Let me know what you think! Also, don't forget I am currently booking Valentine Minis. Contact me today to grab your session!
I had so much fun taking the B family photos. I was so excited to see them and take some fun New Year's photos. Imagine my shock when HJ took off his jacket to reveal his Big Brother shirt. I was so thrilled that the family session was also a pregnancy announcement! We had so much fun running around and playing. HJ has the cutest smile and he loved mugging for the camera. I love, love all these photos so much. I can't wait to meet the new Baby B in a few months!
I realized I never shared these adorable Christmas photos so I thought I would share them today since it is Throwback Thursday. We went to a Christmas tree farm for these sweet Christmas photos of my cousins. I mean they are seriously the cutest kids ever. I love them so much. Holidays are so fun when you have kids to spoil. I love these photographs so here is a bit of Christmas cheer in March!
It is no secret that I adore this family! I love photographing them. The girls are always so happy and love getting their photos taken. We had a great time at Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. This was such a fun fall family session! The one of the girls laughing is one of my favorite photographs ever! I hope you love these photos as much as I do! Also, remember I am currently booking spring photo session! email@example.com
Baby M was the sweetest little baby at her newborn session. She was so tiny and angelic. She stayed awake for part of her session so I could photograph her beautiful baby blues. All of her outfits were so cute. I especially loved the wrap with the bow. So adorable. There is nothing better than taking photos of such a sweet new baby. And the newborn snuggles I get are just a bonus. I love these photos and I hope you enjoy them too!
Kalynn's nine month photos happened to fall the week before Easter so of course we had to get some cute, Easter themed photos. Her brother, Tanner has a pet rabbit, Ears and we had to incorporate him into this session. He was such a cute rabbit and was so good. I love the props used in Tanner’s photos. The one of him holding the flower is just so sweet. His adorable smile just makes me happy every time I see it!
Kalynn has grown so much in the last nine months. I remember when she was just a tiny newborn. It is awesome to see her personality developing. She is always happy and smiling. I love when she giggles.
I also loved the whole family’s outfits. They were so springy and cheerful. Picking the right outfits for your photo session is really important. The right color combination can help make awesome photos even more awesome!
I love photographing every family who invites me into their lives but especially this one as they are my family too. I have really enjoyed watching how their family has shifted and changed over the last year! I am looking forward to Kalynn’s one year photo session. I hope you love these photos as much as I do!
I adore this cute little family. I photographed Zachary last year for his two year birthday and I was so excited when they asked me to come back and photograph their beautiful new baby girl. And what a sweet girl she is! Oh my gosh she was so little and precious. She was so sleepy and let me get some amazing photos. Zachary just melted my heart at how much he loves his new sister. When he looked down at her and said I love you it made me tear up. It was just the most precious thing ever. This shoot was before Easter and I just loved Lexi's adorable bunny outfit which Zachary also wore as a baby. I love how everything that Lexi was photographed in or near had a special significance. These photographs will be family heirlooms and I enjoyed creating them so much!
I am excited to finally post Kalynn's six month photos. We did this photo session right before Christmas at my Grandma's house and Kalynn looked absolutely adorable in her Christmas outfits! She is just the sweetest angel with the best smile. And she and her brother get along so well. It just melts my heart. These two kids have brought so much joy into our lives. We have waited a long time to have kids in our family! I really love the last two photos I posted of Kalynn with her great-great Grandma. Those photos are priceless to our family. When I look at those photos of Kalynn with my Grandma I feel such great happiness in being able to capture these moments for my family.
I have been so excited about sharing these photos. This was such an awesome morning at Wittier Mill Park. I absolutely loved hanging out with this family. We had so much fun. These kiddos are high energy and as cute as they can be. They are pros at getting their photos taken. Their smiles and beautiful eyes just make me melt.
I had so much fun photographing Ruth and Dax's family at McDaniel Farm Park. It was really special to me as they were the first wedding I photographed and Ruth and I have been friends since we were children. They live in Peru now so I was excited that they were in town. Their kids are so adorable and we had so much fun together. I hope you enjoy these photos!
I had so much fun hanging out with the Hammonds at Sims Lake Park. It was a perfect day to be running around in the sunshine. The lake there is just beautiful and there are so many green spaces. I have really loved watching these three kids grow up. I always have such a good time photographing them. Let me know which photo is your favorite in the comments!
Little Miss Kathryn is the sweetest baby. She was so good for her newborn session. She slept most of the time and when she was awake she was calm as could be so we could get some photos of her eyes open. Big brother Marcus was very energetic but adorable with his new sister. I love photographing this family! Take a look at these photos and leave some love for them in the comments!
This adorable family was so fun to photograph. Zachary was the cutest little guy. I loved his handsome red hair and blue eyes. We ran all around Line Creek Nature Center exploring and having fun even though it was quite a chilly day! I love all these photographs that I took of this wonderful family! I hope you enjoy them too

My last photo shoot of 2013 was on a freezing cold day. But the M family were amazing and you can't even tell from the photos how cold it was! We started at the beautiful Line Creek Nature Area. Even in the middle of winter it is beautiful with the lake, trees and creek. Aubrey is the sweetest little six month old! She was so happy and obliging the whole day. She is one of those babies that just captures your heart and doesn't let go. Her adorable smile just made me melt. which is pretty hard to do when it is 30 degrees outside! We went back to my home studio to take some holiday themed photos with warm Christmas lights. It was a perfect day with an amazing family!
Harrison is such a happy little guy! We had so much fun for his six month session.
We went to Cator Woolford Gardens where his parents were married. The gardens were absolutely beautiful on this unusually cool July morning. The flowers were overflowing from their beds and the greenery was so lush! Harrison laughed the whole way through the session. He was really enjoying himself. They are the cutest family ever. Check out these fun photos!
I had so much fun hanging out with Zac. We went to Senoia, GA to take some photos in their downtown area. He had so much fun running around and exploring. The Walking Dead TV show in filmed in Senoia and they have a train they use as a prop and Zac really loved that. He also looked adorable in his super hero cape! His mom makes the capes and they are so cute. You can check them out in her Etsy store and on her Facebook page. Take a look at these photos! And contact me today to book your own summer shoot!
