My mom, Dr. Gail Hale wrote a book! I was excited when she asked me to take the author photos for her book. We had an awesome afternoon taking photos and laughing together. Her book is now out and in the world and I am so proud to have been a small part of it. And yes I know I look like her. I love these photos of my mom!
I had so much fun hanging out with the Hammonds at Sims Lake Park. It was a perfect day to be running around in the sunshine. The lake there is just beautiful and there are so many green spaces. I have really loved watching these three kids grow up. I always have such a good time photographing them. Let me know which photo is your favorite in the comments!
I had a wonderful time shooting Alaina's portrait session in downtown Decatur. Alaina is beautiful and was a natural at being comfortable in front of the camera. One of my favorite things about being a photographer is the wonderful people I get to meet. I really enjoyed getting to know Alaina while photographing her. She is a beautiful person inside and out and I feel honored that she shared her story of being a cancer survivor with me.She has such a positive outlook on life it was an inspiration to me.
