I had so much fun at this beautiful spring photos session! I loved taking photos of Laura and her beautiful family. We used to work together years ago and it was so great to catch up. I love these photos so much!
I think it is important to give back to my community which I like to do by volunteering my time and talent to different organizations and charities that I believe in. One of my favorite organizations in my local community is the Newnan Theatre Company. This is a terrific local theatre who puts on amazing shows and productions. I am thrilled to be able to donate my time to them by photographing their headshots and shows. When I was a teenager I had one brush with theatre when I had to go on and perform for my sister at the last minute due to her laryngitis. I knew all the lines since I had helped her practice so much. It was absolutely terrifying and I knew theatre wasn't for me. But I enjoy watching it so much. And there are so many talented people who perform at the Newnan Theatre Company. I strongly suggest you taking in a show there. Check their website for upcoming productions! These kids were adorable! They took a little bit to warm up to me but when they did wow they were awesome. I definitely got a workout running around the playground. They loved the game I played where I would hide and pop out and shriek. If you ever see me at a photo session you know I am more then willing to lose my dignity for a good photo! I love doing family photo sessions at Carl Miller Park because they have trees, pretty paths and a fun playground. It is definitely one of my favorite places in Newnan to have a photo session with kids. The light was so beautiful that evening and I love these photos of this cute family! Olivia and I had a great time hanging out in Downtown Newnan shooting her senior portraits. There are so many great places to take photos downtown it was hard to narrow them down. Olivia was a natural model. I also thought it was awesome that she asked her mom to jump in for a few shots at the end. So sweet to capture that mother/daughter love! Congrats to Olivia on her upcoming graduation next year!
